Our Team

“The Bleeding Blues team is a collective of passionate youth, advocates, and social change-makers united by a shared goal: achieving menstrual equity and dignity for all.” Together, we work tirelessly to promote menstrual health awareness, improve accessibility of period care products, and advocate for sustainable menstrual practices across India.

At the heart of our organization is our founder, Neha Singh — an Advocate at the Supreme Court of India and PhD Scholar at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. A recognized Youth Ki Awaaz Action Network Fellow for Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), she brings together her expertise in law, gender rights, and policy advocacy to lead Bleeding Blues with empathy and vision.

Our team includes local volunteers, legal experts, educators, and health advocates who collaborate with Gram Panchayats, NGOs, and government departments to design and implement initiatives such as Pad Distribution Drives, Period Literacy Programs, Menstrual Waste Management Projects, and Research on SRHR.

We believe in the power of community-led change. Each member of Bleeding Blues — from our field volunteers in rural Bihar and Visakhapatnam to our researchers and coordinators in Delhi — plays an integral role in advancing our mission of awareness, accessibility, and equality.

Guided by collaboration and compassion, our dynamic team continues to grow — inspiring conversations, shaping policy, and creating a lasting impact on menstrual health and dignity across the nation.
